the legal heirship certificate of late Mr.Mohamed Yusoof bearing No.TN7202104301911 dated 07.06.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent herein and to issue fresh legal heir ship certificate by including the petitioners herein by making detailed enquiry.

ORDER

With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the learned Government Advocate would submit that as per the Government Order in G.O.(Ms)No.478, Revenue and Disaster Management, dated 29.09.2022, the petitioner has to submit his application before the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned.

Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application along with all required documents for the purpose of considering the same before the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned.

With this observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
