Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to his proceedings in letter no.38041/SVP-E/2005-3 dated 19.12.2005 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to revise the seniority list of executive Officers as per the Hon'ble Tamilnadu Administrative Tribunal's order in OA 2526/90 and batch dated 25.04.1994 and grant him all benefits arising out of such revision including promotion, pay fixation etc and sanction enhanced pension and pensionary benefits on the basis of the above pay fixation.
