Heard Mr.R.Boopathy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.Selvakumar, learned counsel for the third respondent.
2. The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition to direct the third respondent to consider her representation dated 08.01.2018.

3. The third respondent had leased out Shop Nos.48 and 49 originally to one Mr.P.Sakthivel by an order dated 10.09.2014. The petitioner, who claims to be a licensee seems to have submitted a representation dated 08.01.2018, seeking extension of lease. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition is filed.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner is a subtenant and her representation dated 08.01.2018 was rejected by the third respondent on 12.02.2018, which was also intimated to the petitioner.
5. The order of the third respondent dated 12.02.2018 has been placed before this Court for perusal.
6. In the light of the above facts, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
