ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a complaint given by one Sivakumar, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent Police. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
