ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to resurvey the petitioner's property based on representation dated 13.01.2018.

2. Heard, Mr.Abrar Mohamed Abdullah.I, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.Selvendran, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted representation before the second respondent to resurvey his property based on the representation dated 13.01.2018. However, after period of three years, the said application may not be available in the records of the second respondent to consider the same. same, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application along with requisite fees before the Tahsildar concerned to survey his property within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the Tahsildar concerned is directed to consider the same as per the sale deed produced along with the application and, after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, pass orders to survey the subject land on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
