JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs informs the court that the matter has already been disposed of by the Compromise Decree dated 02.12.2017 passed in C.S. No.676 of 2011 and he has circulated a copy of the said compromise decree for the perusal of this court. This court is further informed that the testamentary original suit was also disposed of along with C.S. No.676 of 2011. The said statement is recorded and this testamentary original suit and the issues raised in this suit are also stand concluded and the Registry is required not to post the testamentary original suit again.
