This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. & 5.30 p.m. until further orders passed in CRL.O.P.No.11954 of 2023 dated 01.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police everyday morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
