The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of removal from service dated 10.06.2024 passed by the respondent. 1/4

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the order of dismissal from service has been pending in approval petition before the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Chennai for approval. In fact, the petitioner was served with notice for hearing to be held on 10.07.2024.

Therefore, it is premature to challenge the order passed by the respondent dated 10.06.2024 without approval by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Chennai. As such, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds raised in this writ petition before the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Chennai in the enquiry to be held on 10.07.2024 in the approval petition in the manner known to law.
