The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Cr.No.96 of 2007 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.96 of 2007, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arni on 20.12.2016.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Cr.No.96 of 2007, nothing survives for adjudication in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
