(CRIME NO.4/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to deposit the amount in Crime No.4/2021 and executing the bond with the sureties before the Judicial magistrate II at Krishnagiri in Crl.O.P.No.13686/2021 dated 05.08.2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJIV GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 05.08.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to deposit the amount in Crime No.4/2021 and to execute the bond with the sureties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to deposit the amount in Crime No.4/2021 and to execute the bond with the sureties before the concerned Court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
