ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the Government letter No.5626/G2/2010-4 dated 20.06.2011 passed by the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and further direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue as Sericulture worker till the completion of 60 years as per FR 56(i).

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
