ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the petitioner has filed this writ petition to forbear the first respondent from entertaining the application made by the second respondent dated 24.03.2023 or any other date claiming "ownership certificate" over the property comprised in Sf.No.17, 18, 19, 20, 22 (RS.No.718/1, 718/3, 718/5) existing at Bhavani A Village, Erode District. In

this regard. the petitioner has also made detailed objection dated 26.04.2023 through advocate.

2. In reply, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner's objection will be considered within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the entire materials available on record.

4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's objection dated 26.04.2023, after issuing due notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as second respondent and aggrieved parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
