ORDER

The Chairman of the Panchayat Union filed the present Writ Petition challenging the Tender Notification issued by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the first respondent in proceedings dated 11.03.2013. However, the writ petitioner seeks to hold the office of the Chairman, Panchayat Union and further, the learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the contract already granted, had been executed.

2. In view of the fact that the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition, has become vanished, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in this case and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed.
