3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petitions and order copies in Crl.O.P.No.14709 of 2022 dated 27.06.2022 and Crl.M.P.No.9483 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14709 of 2022 dated 15.07.2022 and issue fresh order copies.
