W.M.P.No.19221 of 2019 in W.P.No.19693 of 2019 M.SUNDAR, J.

Eight petitioners herein are writ petitioners in the main writ petition. This 'writ miscellaneous petition' shall be referred to as 'WMP' for the sake of brevity.

2. Instant WMP has been filed inter-alia under Rule 2(B) of Rules of this High Court to regulate proceedings under Article 226 of Constitution of India.

3. Learned counsel for petitioners in the instant WMP submits that all eight petitioners herein are co-owners of a property at 'No.136, G.S.T. Road, Chrompet, Chennai-600 044' (hereinafter referred to as 'the said property' for brevity) and main writ petition has been filed with a common grievance that eight petitioners/writ petitioners are aggrieved by enhancement of property tax for the said property by Pallavapuram Municipality.

4. It is also pointed out that the source of right that is being sought to be enforced is the same. The prayer is common http://www.judis.nic.in

Svn besides petitioners being co-owners of property, which is the subject matter of writ petition. All these are determinants for acceding to a prayer under Rule 2(B) of the aforesaid Rules and as the same are present in the instant case, the prayer is acceded to.

5. This writ miscellaneous petition is allowed subject to payment of separate Court Fee by the petitioners.
