This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 231 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.S.Udhayakumar, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalath on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 231 days in filing the appeal is condonned.
