Respondent Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pass orders in file No.Pa.Mu.No.11061/2015 (0-1) dated 27.01.2018 relating to the reclassification of the lands and to grant patta for 6.39 acres bearing S.F.No.6, Komarapalayam Amani Village, Komarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District by considering the petitioner's identical representations dated 05.09.2020, within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 05.09.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for reclassification of the subject property.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

already fixed a date for enquiry on 15.12.2020 at 10.30 A.M. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct enquiry and complete the proceedings and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
