This petition has been filed to relax the condition passed in the bail order dated 19.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.5195 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22075 of 2022 that the petitioner appear before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. for until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.23 of 2023 on the file of Principal District Judge, Villupuram.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the date of hearings without fail.
