This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'notice dated 30.05.2025 bearing reference Notice No.243/2025/U' (hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of convenience and clarity).

Ms.K.Zeenath Shariffa, learned counsel for writ petitioner is before us.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner was furnished only with colour photocopy of the impugned order and drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph 14 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows: '14. I state that the 5th respondent have given only the colour xerox copy of the impugned order and thereby I file dispense with petition.'

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
