ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed to the petitioners 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, the fifth petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl OP.No.418 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition 2/4

imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
