ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the first respondent made in Proc.No.Se.Mu.Aa.No. A3/689/2016

(2) dated 29.06.2016.

2.Even though the petitioner has challenged the order of transfer, pursuant to the direction of this Court he has obeyed the same and joined the service in spite of his representation dated 30.06.2016 wherein he has categorically stated that in so far as the transfer is concerned, he is not liable to be transferred as his wife is also working in Nagapattinam and that his transfer has been made during the course of the academic year within a period of three years which ought not to have been done.

3.Since he has obeyed the order of this Court and joined the service, the respondents are directed to consider his representation dated 30.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders, taking into consideration that his wife is also working and he is not liable for transfer, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
