3. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer, the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1415 of 2018, on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
