Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 25.05.2023.

3.Considering the stage of the investigation and the fact the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order dated 24.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11754 of 2023, the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall co-operate with the pending investigation and they shall stay at Tindivanam and report before the Inspector of Police, Tindivanam Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m until further order, stands relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
