C.M.P.No.13650 of 2022 in A.S.SR.No.78673 of 2022 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This petition has been filed to accept the cause title as given in the memorandum of appeal. The 6th and 7th respondents were not parties in the suit.

According to the petitioners/appellants, the 1st respondent sold the property to his wife and she in turn sold it to the 6th and 7th respondents.

3. In such a case, it is open to the petitioners/appellants to file an appropriate application for impleading the 6th and 7th respondents, after numbering of Appeal.

4. In view of the above, this petition for accepting the cause title is closed.
