This petition is filed to direct the third respondent-Police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.04.2025 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on the said complaint, summons were sent to the petitioner and the accused and the case is pending for enquiry.
3. Hence, the petitioners are directed to co-operate for the enquiry being done by the respondents-Police.
