ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of para 5 of the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, stating that subsequent to the publication of auction notice dated 24.06.2016, the petitioner has paid two equal installments of loan amount on 27.06.2016, the auction of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the property of the petitioner scheduled on 11.07.2016 was not conducted and subsequently cancelled, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
2.In the light of the aforesaid statement made in the counter affidavit, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
