This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to disturb and harass the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.
3. On a complaint given by one S.Selvaraj, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed.
