The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in No.149/j.gp.2/2016 dated 04.02.2016 from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to give permission on the representation dated 30.01.2016 made by the petitioner in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 3rd respondent had not considered the petitioner's representation. The petitioner is fighting for justice for his community in general. Without any reasons the 3rd respondent listed the petitioner as Rowdy even though there is no case against the petitioner since 2012 and all the false cases are closed. The order of the 3rd respondent is without application of his mind. Accordingly, prays for allowing this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that since the petitioner's name has been erased from the History Sheet, this petition shall be dismissed as infructuous. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
