Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the third respondent in R.C.3338/2011/A2 dated 08.03.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to restore the patta in the name of Radha Bai Ammal.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 08.03.2012 passed by the 3rd respondent, the Revenue Divisional Officer granting patta in favour of the respondents 5 to 12.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that challenging the very same order, the petitioner has filed a revision petition before the 2nd respondent, and the same is pending. The learned counsel further submitted that it is suffice to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry, and pass suitable orders on merits.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the revision petition filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, and the enquiry notice was also issued directing the petitioner to appear before him on 19.12.2018, and the 2nd respondent will consider the revision petition and pass orders.
4. Considering the above circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 12 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The present Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
