ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation pending in the Crime No.2 of 2011 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 24.01.2021, no final report is filed till date.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that now final report has been filed in Crime No.2 of 2011 for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w. 34 of IPC and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.271 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
