This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Court in Crl.MP.No.14251 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.17891 of 2022 dated 14.09.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in two weeks i.e., on every alternative Fridays at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
