Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2026 within a time frame fixed by this Court in order not to alter the park situated at S.No.150/1A3, Vallakkottai Murugan Nagar, Molachur, Sunguvarchathiram, Sriperumbudur Tk, Kancheepuram District- 602 106 into a graveyard. Heard both sides.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the proposal to put up a graveyard. Hence, he has submitted a representation dated 25.02.2026. It is for the first respondent, who has to take a call in the matter. The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible, on merits and in accordance with law. Till such a decision is taken by the 1st respondent, the existing position on the ground shall not be altered. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
