This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every first working day of the month at 10.30 a.m. until further order in Crl.M.P.No.7304 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6609 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
