The trial Court viz., II Additional District Judge, Tirupur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.456 of 2018 on mertis, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed."

2. Now the learned II Additional District Judge, Tirupur, has sought for further time.
