ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner for enquiry intended for the above mentioned alleged offence.

2.In the petition it is stated that the petitioner's son namely Abunageem is running AL Amanth Enterprises and some third parties lodged a complaint against her son stating that he received amount from them by giving false promise that he would get job for them in abroad, but subsequently, without securing job to them he cheated those persons.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner denies the same and submitted that based on the said complaint, the respondent is calling the petitioner frequently and under the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

guise of investigation the respondent is harassing the petitioner and thus prayed for appropriate orders. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the said complaint the respondent called the petitioner only for enquiry and inorder to avoid the enquiry, the petitioner has filed this petition.

5.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.
