Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the prayer in this petition has already become infructuous since the O.S.No.4309 of 2014 on the file of the learned I Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai was dismissed by judgment dated 28.07.2015 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.
