This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 11166 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. 1/3

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.11166 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
