This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the second respondent in Ref.No.182/AMCH/A3/2020 dated 23.09.2020 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
