Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) opposed relaxation of the bail condition stating that the presence of the accused is necessary to collect specific signatures for comparison of handwriting expert.

2. However, taking note of the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition for the past 19 days, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the I.O., on alternate days instead of everyday.
