By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 28.02.2022. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation before the first respondent to issue patta for his property in R.S.Nos.129/1 and 130/3, situated at Edaiyapalayam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District. However, the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the second respondent in a reasonable time. 6.
Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
