This petition is filed to restore the condone delay application, to condone the delay of 136 days in filing the second appeal in C.M.P.No.12889 of 2019 in S.A.SR.No.67413 of 2019 to it's file which was dismissed on 24.06.2019 for non-prosecution.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the petition to restore the CMP.No.12889 of 2019 in S.A.SR.No.67413 of 2019 is allowed.
