Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 26.05.2023 to till date.

3.Considering the fact the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 24.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11903 of 2023, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further order, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
