ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent in OA No.310/01767/2017 dated 03.10.2018.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner Department has brought to the notice of this Court that order dated 03.10.2018 passed by the Tribunal has been complied with by the petitioner Department and appointment order has been issued to the petitioner for the post of GDS in the petitioner Department under the compassionate appointment scheme. A copy of the proceedings dated 03.05.2021 has also been placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.21558 of 2020 is closed.
