PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing to call for records connected with the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.04/C.I.O./TTP/2016 dated 27.02.2016 passed by the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to give permission to conduct hunger strike with police protection.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing to call for records connected with the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.04/C.I.O./TTP/2016 dated 27.02.2016 passed by the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to give permission to conduct hunger strike with police protection. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the releif sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has made an endorsementin the petition. 3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
