ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 6(a) and 6(b) of the order dated 13.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11782 of 2026.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 13.05.2026 at paragraph 6(a) viz., Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Arakonam and on further conditions that: 6[b] the petitioner shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram and on further conditions that: 6[b] the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram daily at
10.00 a.m. until further orders. Except the above said modifications, all other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.
4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
