ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" in bail granted to the petitioner on 21.04.2025 in Crl.OP.No.11604 of 2025 on the file of this Court in crime No.97 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
