ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time for a period of two weeks to deposit the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) in the credit of Crime No.229 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police in Crl.M.P.No.9335 of 2024 in 1/4

Crl.O.P.No.12225 of 2024 dated 27.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner appeared before this Court and seeks some more time to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of crime number as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12225 of 2024 dated 07.06.2024 and subsequently extended the time till 26.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.no.9335 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12225 of 2024.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, thereby time is extended by two weeks finally, from the date on which, the order copy made ready to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 27.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12225 of 2024. It is made clear that if the conditional order is not complied by the petitioner by two weeks, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07.06.2024 shall stands vacated.
