This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18094 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23828 of 2022 on 01.12.2022 to report before the respondent police on the first day of every month until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
