The defendants 2, 3, and 4 have filed separate affidavits in which they have given an undertaking that they will not alienate, encumber in any manner whatsoever, demolish, or create any charge in respect of the property subject matter of the suit C.S.No.566 of 2015.

2.Recording the above undertaking, the interim application, namely, O.A.No.623 of 2013 is closed.
