O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri on all working days at 10.30 a.m. and report before the respondent police everyday at 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16363 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16363 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
